2. Eligibility

You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts to purchase from our website.

3. Products & Orders

We specialize in wholesale blank apparel, including t-shirts and hoodies.

All orders are subject to availability.

Product colors, sizes, and images displayed may vary slightly due to screen settings.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AED (i.e United Arab Emirates also known as Dirhams) and are exclusive of taxes and shipping, unless otherwise stated.

50% payment must be made upfront and 50% on delivery.

We accept Bank transfer, Credit/ Debit Cards.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver locally within the UAE and internationally to the USA and Canada.

Estimated delivery times:

UAE: 2–15 business days (depending on the quantity or if it is a customized order).

USA & Canada: 7–25 business days (air courier), longer for freight (depending on the quantity or if it is a customized order).

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs is free on order above 1,000 quantities.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, returns are only accepted in cases of defective or incorrect products.

Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back at the buyer’s expense (unless it’s our error).

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, content, and branding on our website belong to The Khane and cannot be copied, modified, or reused without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

For international customers, compliance with local laws in the USA and Canada is required.
